ENSCORE aims to make analytical workflows understandable and reviewable. Methods vary by analysis type and dataset. Ingest and views are fully customized to your needs.
Transcriptomics
Transcriptomics in ENSCORE is an interactive scientific workspace over analysis outputs produced upstream — by a sequencing provider, CRO, core facility, or internal team. What is loaded, and how it is mapped, is customized to that workflow. ENSCORE is not a FASTQ-to-alignment compute pipeline.
Interactive views (quality, tables, enrichment, gene exploration, plots) are derived from those ingested results. Thresholds, contrasts, and filters change what is displayed; they do not silently rewrite the source analysis.
Gene identifiers, reference databases, and exact statistical models depend on the originating analysis. Where those details are present, ENSCORE retains them for review. Limitations of the upstream method remain limitations of the interpretation.
Drug discovery scoring
Scoring models combine program-defined criteria and weights into a composite rank. Criteria, missing-value handling, and inputs are customized to the program. Missing values are not treated as hidden penalties unless the model is explicitly configured that way. Contributions can be inspected so a ranking is explainable.
Scores are research decision-support outputs. They are not predictions of biological activity, safety, clinical success, or regulatory approval.
Metagenomics
Metagenomics workspaces map community composition, diversity, and functional results into an interactive view. Layout and modules are customized to the provider package you already deliver or receive. Raw-read classification is not the current product path.
ADMET
ADMET views compare compounds across measured domains and show which endpoints entered a score. Sheet structure and scoring rules are customized to the lab program. Outputs are research decision-support, not clinical or regulatory conclusions.
